- Deliver studies, policy samples, and opportunities on our website to educate and enlighten the community of nonprofits.
- Launching conversations with staff, volunteers, and board members in our organization and beyond to cultivate awareness and confront inequality in our community.
- Identify opportunities to ensure our organization understands barriers and pursues the necessary change, so that all individuals within our influence, reach their potential regardless of their race, gender, class, disability, or ethnic identity.
